Pitching TI ft Rihanna

Our music video will have a narrative of two different groups living their life differently. One jabed (TI) will set a bad example of living life, through dealing, fighting, staying with boys that are up to no good, and making money the easy way.
This will be compared to Helena (Heroin) will show the good way of living life, through going to college, working hard.

Intertextuality, will be shown through when Jabed is fighting in the street, that's typical of a teenage boy that you will see in RnB music videos, such as Jay-z's video called 99 Problems or Eminem's music video called Loose Yourself. Jay-z's music video conveys a positive message to the audience, showing that young black boys from New York are not as bad as they are portrayed in the media. They mention stuff like how they are trying to overcome their everyday hassles and trying to improve their lifestyle.

Mise en scene, is going to be in a typical location set in a urban area, council state and flats such as in the streets, park, college. Clothing are hoodies, jeans worn low, caps, chains. lighting going to be black and white with a bit of color. Helena's shots are going to be more brighter and jabed's shots are going to be edited to be more darker. We are going to use various shots from close up shot of TI's face to long shots of boys in the streets sitting around. In our editing we are going to use lots of fade in and fade out to go from one clip to another.

We will conform to the audience expectations to social groups.
